No matter what we did, reassembling it multiple times, the rack does not sit level. I contacted through chat and was told to take it back to the store so that they could help assemble it correctly. There was absolutely no assistance with troubleshooting, if there is any which I doubt, just take it back to the store. I live over an hour away from a store so clearly that is not worth my time. Of the thousands of dollars I've spent at over the years this is the first disappointing purchase, other than some of restaurant food.2

This would have been slightly annoying to put together had the screws worked (there are a lot for such a simple piece!) but I only got two screws partially in before I admitted defeat! The screws seemed like the wrong size, and when I tried to power through, they got totally jammed, and are left sticking out and stripped. I like this storage unit enough that I think I'm going to try to get another one and cross my fingers that the screws work. This time, if they don't fit easily, I won't attempt to force it, I'll just get different screws.
